FORECLOSURE FEVER: JOHN’S HOUSE IS UP FOR GRABS!

John received his Notice of Default back in December, so unless he pulls off a miracle, he’ll be adding yet another foreclosure to his growing list. But maybe that’s been the plan all along: lose everything, pay nothing, bankrupt it all—while the stash stays safely hidden.
And let’s not ignore the darker side of this story:
This isn’t just white-collar fraud. This is a violent man.
John was removed from the property after a domestic violence arrest. That alone should raise every red flag.
In classic fashion, the title’s been tossed around like a shell game—from Capital Cove, to Zarmina, to the bank. There are so many loans on this property, he now owes more than it’s worth.
So where did all the money go? We all know where it came from—us.
But where did our money end up?
Zarmina? Still silent. Allegedly living in the house.
John? Off somewhere crafting another one of his “48-hour” ultimatums—only problem is, they expired many 48-hours ago.
As for the home?
5 beds. 5 baths. A half-finished swimming pool—which probably means the pool builder got scammed, too. Par for the course.
Zarmina—when John goes to prison, what happens to your lifestyle? How will you fund the G-Wagon, the silence, and the facade?
Because here’s what I might do:
Buy the house. Buy the car. Finish the pool.
Bring in a priest.
Turn the entire thing into a recovery home for all the people you two have traumatized.
Let’s be clear about something:
This is not a joke.
This is not revenge.
This is not trolling.
And no, I won’t grow tired of it.
Because every day, a new piece of the puzzle comes to light.
Every day, another victim, another document, another lie exposed.
This is about justice.
This is about accountability.
This is about saying, “Time’s up.”
And until you are charged, I will keep digging. I will keep speaking.
I will continue bringing your shady dealings into the light.
If the DRE & DOJ have anything to do with it, you might have to remove your name off of that lisitng soon, John Mohammad Ashraf Azadzoi.
Good news John, you do not need mortgage payments for your prison cell. This may by the one home that won't foreclose on you.
So Zarmina—if you cooperate…maybe I’ll let you stay there too.
And by the way—About those notarized documents with missing or mismatched fingerprints…Whose fingers are you using?
Because some of those prints don’t belong to the signers.
You’ve left a trail. And I’m following it. 🕵🏼♀️
